Lost Property St Pauls - Curio Collection by Hilton, hotel has 145 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar called Found, a coffee house called Tattle, and a gym.


Our
Found restaurant has been nominated for the World Culinary Awards in the Best New Restaurant category and shortlisted for the Best FB Marketing Campaign at HMA, Hotel Marketing Awards.

The hotel has also won
Boutique Hotel of the Year in London title at the Travel Hospitality Awards 2024.


Responding to strong demand for the Hampton by Hilton brand in London,
Hampton by Hilton - London City opened in May 2023.

The hotel is a stone's throw from Old Spitalfields Market, sandwiched between Shoreditch and the City, London's historic business district.

Plans revitalised the 1960s building with features that complement the surrounding historic architecture. The property opened with 129 guestrooms and built to 278 guestrooms in late 2023.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the HR administration function with the monthly reporting cycle, advise heads of departments, as you will receive queries and assist in all onboarding functions.
  • Support the talent acquisition function and new streams of it, proactively engage with stakeholders within the target talent pool.
  • Represent the London Cluster on recruitment events.
  • Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings and ensure any correspondence is completed and issued within departmental deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with our Human Resources guidelines, policies and procedures, as well as employment law, rules and regulations.
  • Participate and organise employee engagement activities for the Cluster
  • Be an integral part of the onproperty teams to understand support needs and able to act on them with the support of the wider HR team.

About you

  • 2 years of previous experience within Human Resources in hospitality is essential.
  • Able to connect positively and engage with colleagues in the HR function as well as other departments and hotels' teams.
  • Have a growing understanding of Employee Relations and confident with the everyday practice of UK law relating to HR.
  • Impeccable communication skills through a variety of means
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and nonroutine tasks
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skill. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have a passion for Human Resources and desire to make a positive impact.
