PROGRAMME MANAGER IN ART ADVERT
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Program Manager to join our dynamic team at RHACC.

As the Art Program Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Art and Design to plan, develop, and implement a wide range of art programs and courses catering to adult learners.

Additionally, you will be responsible for teaching agreed hours annually on selected programs.

Your passion for the arts, along with your exceptional organizational and teaching skills, will be instrumental in creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment for our students.

About the role:

As Programme Manager you will:

Be working from highquality art studios and facilities while developing an engaging curriculum offer which meets the needs and interests of our adult learning communities.
Engage closely with your team and use your leadership skills to line manage both established and variablehours teachers delivering accredited and nonaccredited Art, Design and Craft provision for adults from complete beginners to more advanced artists who may wish to sell their work.
Strive to achieve high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, and high levels of customer satisfaction while working as part of the management team.
Ensure that quality targets are achieved, and that the curriculum is delivered as efficiently as possible.
Teach an agreed number of hours annually and provide a role model of teaching excellence.
