Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office.
- Manage and maintain office files, both physical and electronic.
- Greet and assist visitors
- Utilize Microsoft Office to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Keeping Training matrix updated & copies of certificates & advising when certificates are about to expire.
- Keeping maintenance records up to date & advising when inspections/servicing is due.
- assisting with QA documentation.
- assisting with raising & receipt of purchase orders.
- holiday cover to print manufacturing paperwork for the factories.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software for document management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
Salary:
£7.00-£11.00 per hour
