Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office.
  • Manage and maintain office files, both physical and electronic.
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Keeping Training matrix updated & copies of certificates & advising when certificates are about to expire.
  • Keeping maintenance records up to date & advising when inspections/servicing is due.
- assisting with calculation of hours worked to send to payroll department.
- assisting with QA documentation.
- assisting with raising & receipt of purchase orders.
- holiday cover to print manufacturing paperwork for the factories.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software for document management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week


Salary:
£7.00-£11.00 per hour
