Our Bletchley based client is looking for a Full-time Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis
Position:
Full-time Accounts Assistant
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (Office based)
Salary:
DOE
The job will involve
- Processing sales invoices (Sales ledger)
- Credit control
- Reconciling bank transactions
- Maintaining cashflow
- Management reporting
- Journals
- Answering telephone queries regarding accounting matters
- Xero accounting
- VAT returns
- Balance sheet and debtors list reports
- Supplier queries
- Expenses
- Credit check
- Have some experience of working within a similar environment
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Possess a god standard of IT skills to include Excel and Word
- Possess AAT Level 2 (advantageous but not essential as training given)
