Our Bletchley based client is looking for a Full-time Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis

Position:
Full-time Accounts Assistant


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (Office based)


Salary:

DOE
The job will involve

  • Processing sales invoices (Sales ledger)
  • Credit control
  • Reconciling bank transactions
  • Maintaining cashflow
  • Management reporting
  • Journals
  • Answering telephone queries regarding accounting matters
  • Xero accounting
  • VAT returns
  • Balance sheet and debtors list reports
Purchase orders/purchase invoices

  • Supplier queries
  • Expenses
  • Credit check
The Person will

  • Have some experience of working within a similar environment
  • Have a strong eye for detail
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Possess a god standard of IT skills to include Excel and Word
  • Possess AAT Level 2 (advantageous but not essential as training given)
