A Junior Account Manager, ideally having previous B2B experience, is needed to join the team at this leading office furniture company based in Hove.


As their new Junior Account Manager, you would be responsible for growing some of their smaller clients and conducting face-to-face appointments with people.

This role offers great earning potential with an OTE of £30,000 to £35,000 in the first year.

They're looking for excellence but not always experience. The best people in their team come from truly varied backgrounds, and they will provide you with full training. For them, the right attitude and willingness to succeed are far more important.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with new incoming enquiries and responding to existing clients in a prompt and professional manner
  • Conducting facetoface appointments
  • Preparing quotes and following them up
  • Weekly reporting on your progress
  • The role is fulltime and based in their office (9am 5pm)

Required Skills:


  • You must have proven relationshipbuilding skills, be able to work independently and enjoy being part of a team
  • A professional manner, good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet and surpass your targets
  • You must be proactive, enthusiastic, resourceful, and creative in searching for new business while servicing and maintaining the existing client base
  • Confident in using Work, Excel and Outlook and preferably with experience of using a CRM system (they use Salesforce)

Desirable Experience:


  • Previous experience in a sales background would be an advantage, especially B2B sales
  • Ideally, you would have a clean driving licence and be able to lift an office chair as you may need to take products onto the site in the future. However, the role is initially office based, so this isn't essential.
