FCL Fostering is a small family owned, independent fostering agency that was set up in 2020 by Suzanne & Ray Porter, who themselves have been Foster Carers since 2004.
Suzanne and Ray felt that there was a distinct lack of a 'family feel' by many large agencies and felt they could do better.
