We have an exciting opportunity for a band 7a neonatal physiotherapist to work at the Trust, joining the neonatal physiotherapy service on our neonatal unit.

The post holder will act as an expert resource to the neonatal physiotherapy team and work with the team to develop services both for in-patients and out-patients.

You'll be supported by a welcoming and enthusiastic children's physiotherapy team and will work closely with the friendly and supportive neonatal MDT which will include a small team of Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians and Occupational Therapists.

The level 3 unit at Southmead is a highly functioning medical neonatal unit with very good outcomes. We are looking for someone with expert skills and knowledge in early intervention and identification of at-risk infants.

The post holder will work with the MDT to promote and embed family integrated care models of care and will help in us reporting back to the operational delivery network leads on KPIs to evaluate the role and identify areas of service growth.
