Experienced & qualified early years practitioner

This role will begin ASAP and the starting hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am am with potential to increase to 8.30am - 1.

- be very reliable
- hold a relevant early years qualification (proof of qualification will be asked for before inviting for interview)
- have solid working experience in an early years setting working with children between two and 5 years old.
- have solid working knowledge of the EYFS & development matters
- have solid working experience of doing learning journals
- be willing to undertake a DBS check and join the Update Service
- have a minimum of two professional references, covering the past three to five years of employment
- speak & write fluent English
- experience working with children with SEN would be a bonus
- experience working with 'In The Moment Planning' would be a bonus

The role will involve but not be limited to:

• settling new children and liaising with parents

- completing observations for your key children and plan activities according to their needs
- completing reports and Next Steps documents to be discussed with parents
- maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care
