A highly reputable and full-service law firm has an opening for an experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join their respected team in Kingston upon Hull.

If you are local to East Yorkshire and have solid experience in running your own caseload or assisting others in serious injury and other high-value clinical negligence matters, then this may the role for you.

The role:

You will manage a busy caseload of clinical negligence files from taking new instructions through to trial or settlement.
There will be an element of multitrack cases within your caseload where you will be dealing with costs and litigation processes.
This team pride themselves on their excellent client care and so you will be expected to build and maintain quality relationships with clients and colleagues to align with the firm's service ethos.
You will ideally have solid experience in running your own varied caseload of highvalue clinical negligence matters.
The successful applicant will also have a working knowledge of the CPR, issuing claims, litigating cases and CFA cases.
The firm are looking for a driven individual who will steer the way for their own career progression.
You will be a confident communicator, organised and able to work with mínimal supervision.
