Responsibilities:
- The running and upkeep of customers' accounts
- Producing instructions for new and repeat orders and schduling customer calloffs
- Liaising on new profile/artwork orders
- Administer amendments to orders and artworks
- Build relationships with customers
- Proactively support continuous improvement projects
- Ensure prompt and accurate filing and archiving of customer correspondence and orders.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- GCSE in English and Maths (Grade C or above), or equivalent
