The Opportunity


From your first day as a Senior Strategy Consultant in our Bristol office you'll join a community of trusted advisors and experts, where you will be supported and mentored continuously building on your existing skills, experience, and knowledge.


One of the biggest advantages of our team is the breadth of work that we do; you will part of a multi-disciplinary team and will experience the full range of Advisory Services while working collaboratively with our Planning and Sector specific teams.

You will be shaping the vision and the long-term roadmap and therefore the value that should come from transformation. This includes designing how organisations work and are structured.

You will be involved in analysing what an organisation's users or customer want and understanding how technology can help make an organisation more effective.


Is this role right for you?

  • Contributing to complex strategy and organisational change projects across a variety of industry verticals with a preferred focus on the built environment
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of a varied seniority upto C-Level
  • Proven business writing, research, communication, and organisational skills; including the ability to deliver complex work to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, possess ability to work across a variety of clients and projects whilst working as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop presentations and reports
  • A Master's degree or MBA would be beneficial
