Description

The Diocese of Guildford has an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Deputy Property Surveyor

The role supports the Diocesan Surveyor in the management and maintenance of the diocese's varied residential property portfolio, including managing planned and reactive maintenance work; refurbishments and building projects to agreed cost, time, and quality parameters.

The role also manages the quinquennial inspection program and works resulting from this, while ensuring the property letting revenue is maximised from the housing portfolio.
