Description

Responsible for the receipt and issue of all types of stores materials, both stock and non-stock for both Building and Engineering departments.

Immediately responsible for stock control, custody and security of the Estates Department Stores


To work with the minimum of supervision, performing a range of duties as part of a multi-disciplinary estates team performing a range of duties including flushing of water systems, taking water samples for analysis, statutory inspections of engineering plant and equipment, assisting Engineering craftspersons on installation, repair and maintenance duties including planned preventative maintenance in properties owned or maintained by the Trust.
