Description
WS Transportation are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our team in Toome.

It will be your responsibility to ensure an effective and efficient transport function; this will fulfil the requirements of all customers and will do so in a cost-effective manner, ensuring that all administrative processes are complete accurately.

They will also support other departments within the business to offer administrative help.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Managing Customs documentation and declarations
  • Management and scanning of POD's and liaising with head office in relation to outstanding paperwork
  • Creation of jobs on the Transport Management System
  • Supporting the team in any ad hoc administrative duties and undertake other duties within the Transport office/planning function as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • Previous Customs experience is desirable
  • Previous Logistics experience advantageous
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Proficient IT skills and competent with Microsoft Office

Salary:
