Description
WS Transportation are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our team in Toome.It will be your responsibility to ensure an effective and efficient transport function; this will fulfil the requirements of all customers and will do so in a cost-effective manner, ensuring that all administrative processes are complete accurately.
They will also support other departments within the business to offer administrative help.Key Accountabilities:
- Managing Customs documentation and declarations
- Management and scanning of POD's and liaising with head office in relation to outstanding paperwork
- Creation of jobs on the Transport Management System
- Supporting the team in any ad hoc administrative duties and undertake other duties within the Transport office/planning function as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous Customs experience is desirable
- Previous Logistics experience advantageous
- Effective communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Proficient IT skills and competent with Microsoft Office
Salary:
