Description

To receive and action incoming telephone calls and other means of communication, obtaining all necessary information to ensure the appropriate action can be taken; giving advice when appropriate; allocating appropriate graded response to calls and distribute as per Standard Operating Procedures.

To respond to Red Alerts via the various Lone Worker platforms and to monitor, maintain and create reports, including CCTV systems.

General Duties

Provide an initial response to incoming calls.
Identify and escalate priority alarms from intruder and CCTV systems
To answer incoming internal and external calls
Research required information using available resources
To undertake training particularly in new technology and procedures
To work as part of the team, providing support to colleagues and bring matters to the attention of Line Management as required
To promote and comply with Professional Witnesses Ltd policies on equal opportunities, health and safety both in the delivery of services and the treatment of others
To contact appropriate Emergency Services when required
Act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Computer Misuse Act
Maintain accurate records
Keen eye for attention to detail
