Warehouse Operative


Duties:


Responsibilities and Duties

• Pick and pack Customer orders with maximum efficiency daily.
• Performing detailed checks to ensure there are no missing or damaged items.
• Engage in stock control systems,
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in monitoring stock accuracy.
• Participate in stock Audits as required.
• Load/Unload vehicles.
• Goods Inwards: Check delivery quantities and receive into stock.
• Offload Containers.
• Ensure H&S processes are always adhered to especially when moving large packages and using equipment.
• Ensure warehouse is always kept safe, clean and tidy.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Work as part of a team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
• Hard working and enthusiastic with a "Can Do" attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• The capacity to show initiative.

Desired

• Qualified Forklift driver.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Full Clean B Driving License
