EVP NCE > Region NCE > SBU NCE**Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team in the North East of Scotland working in support of our offshore windfarms, providing administrative, logístical and materials support to the operations team.


Responsibilities
As a Service Assistant, your primary tasks will be:

  • Process requests and tasks via the company ERP system (SAP)
  • Facilitate site procurement activity
  • Conduct all necessary site administrative tasks
  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements & control staff rota
  • Coordinate training bookings and manage a training matrix
  • Support site management team & liase with customers as required
  • Support & cover for the warehouse team with material movements, loading, offloading, and shipping

Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Full driver's license, ideally with Forklift Truck
  • Strong administrative skills & experience
  • Planning & Coordination experience
  • Good time management
  • Proactive decision maker
  • Provide management support & coordination
