Description
Juice is excited to be working with a rapidly expanding property company in their search for a Bookkeeper.


This role could be offered on a part time basis for 4 days per week or shorter hours daily 10am - 3pm.


DAY TO DAY:

  • Sales invoicing dealing with volume invoices across multiple suppliers
  • VAT returns, reverse VAT returns, CIS
  • Reconciliations of multiple bank accounts
  • Monitoring and reporting on cashflow, maintained through Excel
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Analysis of cost for tenants /residents

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • A solid background in bookkeeping principles
  • Some finance qualification
  • Good working knowledge of Quickbooks

AND FOR YOU:

  • Weekly pay
  • Centrally based modern light / bright working environment
  • Hourly rate £15 £17 per hour
  • Hybrid working once trained after 3 weeks in office

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£15.00-£17.00 per hour
