As an Junior Event Assistant at PictureBlast, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and the satisfaction of our clients.
1.
Equipment Setup and Maintenance:
- Assist in the setup of photo booth equipment before events.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during set up.
2.
Customer Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
3.
Technical Support:
- Provide onsite technical support during events, assisting event staff operating the photo booth equipment and troubleshooting any issues.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot more complex technical issues as needed.
4.
Warehouse and Administrative Duties:
- Assist in maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse space.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Support the team with various daytoday operational tasks as assigned.

Personal Qualifications:
- Possess strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
