  • Youth Support Worker EPIC
  • Full Time 37 hrs
  • Permanent
  • Grade 7 £24,044 £26,740 depending on experience + 6% enhancement
  • This is an opportunity to Join City of Doncaster Council and join Team EPIC, the innovative Youth Crime Prevention Service.
  • The role will aim to prevent young people from entering the criminal justice system and preventing further offending. The post will cover the local authority area of Doncaster, covering all aspects of EPIC's work, within communities, schools and supporting young people on a onetoone basis. In addition, you will take the lead on increasing the range of positive activities available for at risk young people to support the reduction of antisocial behavior in areas of high deprivation.
  • The project will provide a combination of positive recreational activities, educational development and will support young people to achieve a tangible outcome such as increasing their life skills, transforming their behaviour, gaining qualifications, and reengaging with education and moving closer to the labour market.
