Our client is a leading and privately-owned Letting Agency based in Hucknall, Nottingham.

Due to continued expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced lettings negotiator to join their busy and dynamic team.

No one day will be the same, and a keen interest in property is a must.

They offer plenty of opportunities to progress for those who have the right attitude and work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

Meet and greet visitors at the office and on viewings.
Qualifying new tenant applicants.
Arranging viewings and appointments via our integrated IT system.
Providing regular feedback to tenants and landlords.
Negotiating new tenancies.
Obtaining regular client feedback and testimonials.
Assisting the property management team on an adhoc basis.

Requirements of the individual:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong and confident communicator.
Self motivated and well organised.
Able to perform well under pressure.
Well presented.
Ambitious, 'can do' attitude.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm & alternate Saturdays

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
