Description
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor for a Stevenage Town Centre based organisation.

This role will be an immediate start and will be for approx.

4 to 5 weeks, the role is office based and the hours will be 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Extremely friendly team and lovely working environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Forwarding any queries to the Team Leader
  • Taking calls for clients dealing with any requests for information
  • Occasional outbound calls to clients
  • Plus other ad hoc duties when needed.

Person Specification:

  • Some previous customer service experience
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good Team Player
