An additional headcount for an HR Administrator has been signed off by this niche business that operates in the business to business markets.
Supporting across the employee life-cycle you will have the following skills:
- Experienced in a fast paced Administration role
- Ideally CIPD or CPP studying / qualified Level 3 or HR Graduate
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Ability to act in a confidential manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a reactive environment
- Highly organised and able to work at pace
- Driven and selfmotivated
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word or Powerpoint
- Basic understanding of Employment Law
