We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator.Duties of the role include:
- Reviewing the advertising mailbox, checking/posting job adverts, ensuring the accuracy in spelling/grammar/punctuation
- Ensuring approvals to recruit have been obtained and an audit trail is in place prior to jobs being advertised
- Following standard processes for recruitment and selection as advised by the team manager or senior recruitment officer
- Proactively completing the range of preemployment checks relevant to each role
- Acting as a counter signatory for DBS checks, initiating the checking process and ensuring the right level of check has been requested/the correct documents have been provided
- Advising hiring managers on DBS guidance, challenging where a check has been requested /not requested appropriately for a role
- Liaising with hiring managers/applicants throughout the recruitment process, agreeing starting dates
- Ensuring information for new starters is presented to Payroll accurately
- Any other relevant duties
