The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Recruitment has been retained by a large global steel wire manufacturer, to lead the search for a senior business development manager to be based in the UK.This is a newly created role, to maximise revenue streams from the existing UK customerbase and to drive new business opportunities.
Role Profile:
- Key account management with circa 6 large UK customers.
- Driving new business opportunities to capitalise on the significant UK market opportunities that exist for these products.
- Conducting regular face to face and online meetings with key UK customers.
- Providing order updates and key information / reports to customers on a regular basis.
- Regular online meetings with the international parent HQ and reporting performance information and pipeline updates to senior management.
Person Specification:
- Strong key account and relationship management experience is essential.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to internal and external audiences.
Package:
- Circa £60K £80K dependent on experience.
- 10% 20% bonus realistic dependent on performance.
