As a Night Back-of-House Cleaning Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our back-of-house areas.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Performing deep cleaning tasks in various areas, storage rooms, and other backofhouse spaces.
  • Ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Supporting the team in maintaining a tidy and organized environment conducive to productivity.
  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
