Customer Success Manager - Industry Leading MarTech SaaS - $70,000 - $100,000 plus 40% bonus

The Company
My Client a market leading enterprise MarTech platform.

Their platform is scientifically proven to drive ROI by up to 1,597% as well as a conversion rate uplift of 23.9%.

They are currently 40 people globally with 4 people currently in the US, this makesthis hire the 1st CSM in the US and the chances for growth are unreal

They are also an extremely profitable organisation due to its market leading tech. They made 0 lay offs during covid and also never taken funding This gives them the ability to make decisions as they please without having to please external investors


The Job

  • Manage a book of enterprise accounts with an ARR of $2 Million
- _Develop Relationships with Key Stakeholders on each account_
- _Focus on growing these accounts through Upsells, Cross sells and renewals _
- _Schedule and run QBR's fpr enterprise level accounts_
- _Create business cases to support your upsell opportunities _
- _Working closely with the head of Customer Success and CRO _

  • You** _ 2 years Customer Success experience from a MarTech SaaS_
- _Previous experience managing eCommerce clients_
- _Excellent communication and presentation skills_
- _Attitude to go above and beyond for clients_
- _A Proven record of delivering renewals and upsells_
