Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending products or services that best suit them.

You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through your expert knowledge, excellent communication skills, and dedication to exceeding customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and approach them to understand their requirements.
  • Provide product or service information to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and foster loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:
From £24,788.04 per year
