Salary:
OTE £55,000 per annum+ company car


Contract:
Permanent


An experienced Car Sales Executive required in Leamington Spa to join an existing team on a Permanent basis paying a salary in the region of OTE £55,000 per annum.


The Role:

This Vauxhall dealership in Leamington Spa have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Car Sales Executive. To deliver first class customer service to any customer that visits. To listen and communicate with the customer to understand whattheir requirements are when enquiring about our vehicles. Understanding the specifications we offer to give the customer the best experience from the start.


To succeed in the position as Car Sales Executive you must have an insatiable desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence and be able to build outstanding customer relationships.


On top of this desirable, achievable salary of £55,000, you will also benefit from a company car and private healthcare.


Key Responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive:

  • Welcoming customers to the dealership facility.
  • Identifying vehicles most suited to the customer's requirements.
  • Presenting and demonstrating vehicle features and benefits.
  • Upselling a range of approved products and services.
  • Discussing financial options and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Completing all documentation in line with company processes and relevant legislative guidelines.
  • Working diligently and efficiently towards sales targets / objectives.

Essential:


  • Previous car sales experience 2 years or more.
  • A UK Full Clean Drivers Licence.
  • Confident, driven and target orientated mindset.
  • An individual who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm

Saturday: 8.30am - 5pm

Sunday: 10am - 4pm (you will be required to work 1 in 2 Sundays)

You will be given a day off in the week
