Hunt's are a well established traditional family run bookshop of 23 years, who take pride in offering an excellent customer service.

The bookshop stocks a wide variety of new and used book titles including children's books, vinyl records and sheet music.

• You will be the welcoming face to the bookshop. Politeness and a can do attitude will be essential, providing an excellent customer service, making sure the customer comes first will be paramount.
• Creation & Management of Listings on our E-

• Experience with Google Ads, Ads manager, SEO and PPC.
• Providing customer support and managing enquiries.
• Excellent customer service skills, role will involve answering phone calls.
• Operating an in house computerised order system, to search for books, CD's, DVD's or vinyl records, checking availability, processing secure ordering and taking customer details.
• Assisting in the implementation of some marketing campaigns & providing great ideas as part of a team.
• General administration such as processing orders.
• Merchandising and Pricing of products based on sales trends, data & competition.
• The successful Marketing Co-Ordinator will have the following skills;
• Great communication skills, both written & verbally.
• Content Creation Experience, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop) and E-Commerce Knowledge (Amazon & Shopify) would be advantageous, however not essential.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher).
• Some marketing experience or transferable skills.
• Assisting with the creation of great content, be it written, video and photos.
• Marketing experience to support social media campaigns and promotion of book events.
• Working from home on selected days and from the bookshop to manage online sales and listings.
