Job Role and Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for these projects, driving business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design and implement tailored, high-quality solutions.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with best practices, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing expertise in client meetings and as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements

Extensive background in driving sales and growth within a consulting business.
Proven experience in senior technical leadership, automation, and digital transformation roles within the Public Sector.
A strong track record of delivering complex technical projects and programs successfully.
In-depth knowledge of automation technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and software development methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Services Director or Consulting Lead to shape our clients' consulting vision and technical strategy. This pivotal role involves leading a team of consultants and developers - both onshore and offshore - to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
