We are looking for a talented COM Whole Goods Representative to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for Distribution Business Segment in Wellingborough.

This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, flexible hours, core hours 9am-3pm.

This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in the office.

Salary is £25,600 - £38,400

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leverage planning tools to ensure inbound supply aligns with firm demand creating a valid plan.
  • Works with Customers to ensure day to day tasks are as effective and efficient as possible.
  • Identifies Continuous improvement work and either escalates this to manager or leads this as part of his/her development.
  • Owns internal KPI's for their Customers, reports defects and improvement plans.
  • Act as liaison between the customer and aftermarket and/or manufacturing location for quality issues
  • Submit Material Non-Conformance or Process Non-Conformance claims via the Quality Management System

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.
  • Being able to take accountability, dealing with key issues.
  • COM experience (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Good communication skills
