Description
Housekeeping Managers are responsible for supervising personnel who conduct cleaning work.

The housekeeping manager ensures that all staff members are properly trained and use the appropriate procedures to clean different areas of an office or public building.

In addition, the Housekeeping Manager also schedules cleaning staff for specific time slots, ensuring that there is a steady flow of workers for any given day or hour.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, assign, and review housekeeping staff for performance and productivity.
  • Create procedures for housekeeping personnel to follow.
  • Hire and manage housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure that areas are clean and properly maintained.
  • Review housekeeping staff's daily and weekly work reports.
  • Track and record the amount of clean linen and towels used each week.
  • Schedule housekeepers based on the accommodations of the hotel or motel.
  • Set goals and monitor results to improve the effectiveness of housekeeping staff.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £12.50 per hour
