Core Objective of this Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administration support to members of the recruitment team.
  • Operate within agreed standard operating procedures
  • Support any/all reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis or as otherwise required
  • You will strive to be an ambassador of the HST brand and purpose at every interaction

Person Specification

  • Min 12 months' experience in customer service, HR or recruitment administration role
  • Degree or diploma preferred, but not essential
  • Organisational skills, ability to keep multiple projects on schedule simultaneously
  • Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enthusiastic, selfstarter with cando attitude
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment/CRM software/platforms e.g. ATS

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
