About Our Client:


Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful, busy distribution business based in Lichfield with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a friendly team.

This role can offer hybrid working - Circa 4 day office and 1 day home per week.

This is an exciting and varied role, offering fantastic career development opportunities.


Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor will support with generalist HR matters at this busy site.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide first-class HR advise to stakeholders on-site
  • Support the management team will all aspects of employee relations casework
  • Provide advise and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Proactively facilitate and champion Employee Engagement initiatives with a real focus on promoting Diversity and Inclusion across all areas of the site
  • Support the HR Manager with HR projects and initiatives
  • Support the HR Manager with change management
  • Support the HR Manager to supervise the HR Assistants
