Location:
London with £65-80k Salary

Our client is a FTSE 250 global leader in IT services generating over £12 billion as a consulting practice with a rich client portfolio.
Joining this dynamic team as a
Capital Markets Senior Consultant will provide you with the opportunity on working with industry leaders within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
As a Capital Markets Senior Consultant, you will:
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders with effective communication creating lasting professional relationships
- Assist in growing the Capital Markets practice by delivering on value propositions
- Coach and mentor juniors within the wider team
- Deliver focus thought leadership assets such as podcasts, blogs or vlogs
- Work with diverse colleagues from various backgrounds and unique skill sets across many operational areas, technology partners and vendors
- Support at all stages of project delivery from initial business cases and defining the operating model through to implementation and business embedding to ensure key objectives are being met
- Work with a variety of UK and EU based clients and adapt to new and challenging environments
- Lead small to medium sized teams to deliver on projects
- Guide teams in building customized tools and templates
The Successful Capital Markets Senior Consultant skillset will be:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting on Business and Technology transformation within Capital Markets
- Degree educated in a STEM discipline
- Experienced with the full project life cycle using a variety of methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- A quick thinker with the ability to think on their feet
- Experienced with senior stakeholder management both internally with the practice and externally with clients
- Previous experience of working in a global delivery team
- Robust Knowledge of financial products and asset classes
- Experience in leading small to medium sized teams to achieve project deliverables
- An understanding of the sell side and the buy side within industry ecosystems
- Knowledge and experience in more than one of the following: F2B trade lifecycles, Liquidity and Collateral, Regulations, Post trade settlements, Middle office or Product control and Corporate investment banking
