We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our busy Basecamp team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful main dealership.

Responsibilities:

Acting as a contact for customers, from booking in, to liaising with the aftersales department in order to provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicles
Explaining technical information to the customer in a clear manner

Ensuring customers are provided with the highest level of care as well as building a rapport with them

Dealing with customer service complaints, ensuring all complaints are acknowledged and dealt with in a timely, professional and efficient manner
Responsible for retaining and renewing business. Managing existing customer accounts, providing an excellent service to encourage repeat business

About you:

Be well spoken with excellent communication and written skills
Be selfmotivated and proactive, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasm
Able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team
Extremely punctual and organized
Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
An ability to work quickly under pressure and deal with demanding customers
Experience of working in a customerfacing role and a valid drivers' license is essential
