Home Administrator - Full Time

Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm salary £30,000 per annum

We are a newly built 68 bedded service situated in Whitchurch. The home will provide care across two floors integrating four communities in a state-of-the-art luxurious facility.

Requirements:

Support the recruitment and onboarding process.
Liaise with family members.
Maintain effective filing systems with confident IT skills.
Prepare and issue paperwork.
Assist and liaise with the Finance Team.
Raise purchase orders.
Perform full ordering process for the home.
All aspects of payroll.
Money handling and Banking.
Complete daily administrative duties.

Enthusiastic and Motivated with a cando positive attitude.
Previous experience in an administrative role
Reliable and flexible.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Work independently and as part of a team.
Great attention to detail.
