Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

This role involves carrying out various activities related to building and grounds at our Telford site.

• Candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, as well as other duties that support key performance indicators (KPIs), conformance, and audits.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out written dynamic risk assessments for all tasks assigned;
• Assist site staff as needed by reporting directly to the Facilities Manager;
• In some cases, candidates may be required cover the responsibilities of the FM including all associated roles;

The successful candidate must have basic electrical knowledge which includes replacing motors&, light fittings&, and electrical appliances/devices on-site.

The job also requires assisting FSQ & Safety issues such as pest control,, building repair needs (involving structural changes). We drive these issues further by resolving them completely through implementation of solutions supported by KPI guidelines;
