Description
My clients are distributors of Veterinary implants and instruments, with their own UK manufacturing facility and product design services. They are a privately owned company that has supplied the Veterinary market worldwide since 2013.


They are looking for someone with a background in a Veterinary field and this could be a Nurse or Vet who is looking for a new challenge out of practice or a practice manager looking for a change in role.

Knowledge of orthopaedics would be an advantage.


Role:
Office Manager (Full time, permanent)


Working directly under the CEO this is a high-level job that requires a motivated individual that has the ability to be calm under pressure, and lead by example.


Duties:


  • Organisation of workflow and prioritisation.
  • Employee daily management.
  • Facilities management.
  • Customer communication.
  • Customer order processing when workload requires.
  • Assisting the sales team when workload requires.
  • Experience of working in the Veterinary sector (preferably with orthopaedic knowledge)
  • Previous management experience
  • Working knowledge of Sage or Quickbooks
  • Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Good communication
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work with tight delivery schedules
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Good numeracy
  • Punctual
