Controls/Systems Engineer.

My client is seeking a multi-skilled Controls Engineer to join the growing manufacturing team.

You will be required to work in-house (1 hour from Birmingham) as well as on customer sites mainly around the UK but you might expect to travel abroad on occasion.

Roles and responsibilities:

PLC programming, Touchscreen, Network OR Scada.
Liaising with internal panel manufacturers and ensuring that its built as per the spec.
Commissioning and installation on customer sites.
Servicing existing systems and repairing any faults.
Own customer projects from designing to customer satisfaction.
Training and mentoring fellow teammates.

You must have experience in:

Industrial control systems.
PLC programming, Allen Bradley or Siemens essentially.

Networks:
EtherNET, ProfiNET

Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse etc. industries.
Good customer relationship-building skills
