We're seeking a passionate Assistant Project Coordinator to contribute to our dynamic projects and grow alongside a talented group of professionals.


About the role:


As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the heart of our projects, assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring various initiatives.

Working closely with senior team members, you'll gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and task management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with senior project managers to plan and execute project tasks
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders
  • Support in identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance project efficiency
  • Practical experience within a similar role
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment

Job Package:

The package is based on a permanent full-time position and includes a competitive salary.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
