Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the pet food production industry to facilitate their busy operation at this important time.


Our client, who are a global pet food production company are looking to recruit several Production Operatives to work at their busy factory in Sudbury.


The selected Production Operative will be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Packing products on a production line.
  • Loading and unloading the line with goods.
  • Quality checks of finished goods.
  • Counting of products on the production line to ensure correct numbers are packed.

Hours, Pay & Bonus:


  • Immediate Start
  • Temporary to Permanent
  • Full Time paid at 37.5 hours per week
  • Rotating Shifts, Week 6am2pm/Week 2pm10pm
- £10.44per hour.

  • 2x 30minute breaks, 1 paid, 1 unpaid
  • Paid Weekly.

The chosen Production Operative will have the following experience:

  • Production, factory, or manufacturing experience desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • You must have transport due to the location of the site.
