Quest Employment are recruiting for
Assembly Operative roles on a temporary - ongoing basis based in Whittlesey area.

This is an opportunity to work in a plastic injection moulding facility that specialises in tooling, precision plastic and plastic product development/engineering.

Our client is an international manufacturer and distributor of Plastic products. Our client is an established company with many opportunities in a purpose-built site based in Whittlesey.

Shifts are :15 / 14:45-23:15 / 22:45-07:15 Monday to Friday
ROTATION weekend work Overtime. The site operates 24/7 so work is over 7 days with the majority of work over the weekdays.

Salary Breakdown:

Days
From
£10.40 per hour upto 42.5 hours,
£15.60 per hour after 42.5 hours

Nights

From
£11.44 per hour upto 42.5 hours,
£17.16 per hour after 42.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all duties are performed in a safe and efficient manner
Carry out Handover procedure
Operate moulding machine
Visually check components are correct, trim and jig components if necessary
Stamp with operator stamp and bag and pack components correctly
Regrind sprues at machine if grinder is available. Alert Supervisor or relief if grinder becomes blocked.
Ensure key information is effectively communicated to colleagues and other shift teams; complete any relevant documentation on time and in full
