Customer Account Executive

Do you poses excellent Customer Service skills? My client is recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join their busy, fun, customer services team.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Ensure consistent communication with all customer accounts
  • Deal with customer complaints and queries (flag issues to the Customer Experience team when necessary)
  • Deal with billing and invoice queries
  • Flag software/warranty renewals (and organise relevant quote and update systems)
  • Answer incoming calls from clients:
  • Log the support case in Autotask if technical support is required
  • Transfer to the relevant department should sales, accounts or customer service be required
  • Monitor customer service queue within Autotask
  • Ensure daily bill analysis is carried out
  • Ensure daily data alerts are dealt with (flagging to client where necessary)
  • Quote, purchase and invoice IT software & hardware orders from clients (eg. Microsoft, HP, Cisco)
  • Quote, purchase and invoice mobile, telecoms & handsets orders from clients (eg. Apple & various telecoms manufacturers)
  • Raise invoice's and proforma's (QuickBooks)
  • Keep task list, tickets and reminders up to date
