Due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Team Leader who has a can-do attitude who will join an existing team working across multiple sites in Central and North London.

Job Purpose:


As a Team Leader, you will be required to lead our schools grounds maintenance team, developing excellent productive relationships with the team.

You will provide support to the line manager in relation to the team's compliance of company procedures and policies as well as ensuring that the requirements of the client and the specification are fully met for the enjoyment, recreation and safety of the sites, employees and visitors.

You will be required to liaise directly with our clients, building positive relationships and providing a first-class service to our clients.


Skills & Experience:


  • Passionate about the
    environment with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self motivated with the ability to confidently work independently
  • Spraying Certificates
    NPTC PA1 & PA6 preferable, but not essential
  • Experience of Corporate and/or Local Authority Grounds Maintenance preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to implement Health & Safety requirements to ensure safe working practices to enable smooth running of works on site
  • Experience with using petrol two stroke grass/hedge cutting equipment is preferable, but not essential
  • Experience with
    ride on grass cutting equipment and
    tractor driving preferable but not essential
  • Good general knowledge of marking multiple different sporting grass pitches and synthetic surfaces
  • NVQ or Diploma Level 2 Horticulture / Landscaping (or equivalent)
  • Flexible in approach to work and willing to work outside in all weathers
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
