- Managing and supporting customers with a range of products including PSTN, ISDN, Hosted (VoiP) SIP trunk and Broadband services.
- Put your technical troubleshooting skills to the test by diagnosing and resolving queries and faults.
- Technical Support of fixed line, hosted, SIP and Broadband services
- Supporting partners and customers with our portfolio propositions where applicable.
- Updating internal systems.
- Onboarding new customers
- Configuration of routers
- Placing orders for hardware
- Reporting network faults.
- Notifying customers of planned maintenance.
- Arranging engineers to attend customer sites.
Monday to Friday, no weekends
