I am currently working with a food retailer on an exciting Enterprise PMO role.


Key Responsibilities:
- _ Evolving their Portfolio function for effective business planning_
- _

Holistic Portfolio Oversight:
_Ensure the smooth intake of new projects, making sure work is organised and channelled effectively.
- _ Support with Cost/

Benefit Analysis:
_Provide constructive challenge to owners on the benefits and costs associated with projects, ensuring sound decision-making.
- _ Portfolio Reporting and Maintenance:_Develop and maintain a robust reporting approach for the portfolio, generating insightful reports and addressing ad-hoc information requests.
- _ Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:_Collaborate seamlessly with the broader Portfolio and ePMO Team to gain insights on in-flight projects that impact the portfolio.

Annual Business Planning Support:
_Collaborate closely with the ePMO and Portfolio Manager in the annual business planning process
- _

Team Leadership:
_Assume the line management for a Portfolio analyst, providing steady guidance, insightful mentorship, and fostering their professional growth.


This role will play a central role in developing and embedding our clients portfolio function, contributing to the success of critical projects.
