Salon Suite Coordinator/Cleaner (Hair & Beauty)

BRAND NEW SITE OPENING SOON - in Liverpool City Centre, a customised salon suite facility catering to hairdressers, nail technicians, beauticians and other lifestyle

professionals. Our company is seeking someone to join our teams as a

permanent Salon Suite Coordinator/ Cleaner.


Hours of work:
Working 30 hours per week (Tuesday - Saturday)


Salary:
£18k-24k + benefits

In the role of a Salon Suite Coordinator/ Cleaner your role is based on solely


operationally running your particular site:

• Coordinating new starters and getting the rooms ready
• Communicating with stylist regarding facility issues and updates
• Carry out the induction and leaver process for stylists
• Daily cleaning of the site including; entry areas, windows, doors, kitchen

and rest rooms, this list is not exhaustive

• Maintaining any additional upkeep of the premises which includes

liaising with contractors

• Managing the laundry facilities
• Greeting of all customer traffic
• Updating salon suite salon professional directory information
• Key holding responsibilities
• Coordinating ad hoc site events
• Creating content for the marketing team
• Carrying out site tours for potential new leads

What we are looking for - To join the Phenix team we are looking for someone

who is above all an enthusiastic team player. As this role is the face of the site

the person will need to be professional, have excellent time management,

attention to detail with the housekeeping of the site and overall helpful

Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
