Preferred DBS checked

Carry out daily tasks as laid out in the maintenance book
Liaise with specialist contractors as required
Organize and carry out planned maintenance, painting, decorating etc
Implement weekly and other fire prevention checks as laid down in the Fire Policy
Water temperatures and nurse call bells to be tested and documented regularly
Record keeping as required
Safe keeping of tools and equipment
Ordering an safe keeping of materials with the approval of the Manger
Seasonal gardening works, grass cutting, digging of flower beds, preparation of hanging baskets etc
Working hours 9am until 3pm Monday to Friday
Occasional out of hours emergency call out paid as extra or can be time owing taken back
To liaise with the home manager and deputy manager

Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
